We all need a few minutes throughout the day to take our mind off of work, grab a snack, and tune out for a few minutes. At Plastic Printers, we want to give your time out a little extra brain power by giving you weekly tips on videos that inspire us. This week, we’re watching another great TED talk—this time, from tech columnist David Pogue.
For most of us in the business world, we spend our daily lives deeply invested in the computers, smartphones, and tools that make our lives easier. However, plenty of us never really received any training or spent the time to look at a manual—to a degree, we’ve all jumped in and taught ourselves to use the best and brightest technology. Even though we have the hang of it, there’s a nagging feeling that we’re missing out on certain things that would save time and make our lives much, much easier.
Enter David Pogue, personal technology columnist for the New York Times and tech correspondent for CBS News. In this short TED talk, David lists 10 quick tips to streamline your browsing, texting, pictures, and presentations. Granted, there’s some stuff here you might already know—but we’re pretty sure that there’s something here you’ll want to use right away. (And, we dare you not to try the first tip while you’re watching the talk—we definitely did!)
