A gourmet coffee shop located within the Lakeside Mall in Sterling Heights, MI  prides themselves on offering a relaxed environment for their customers to enjoy what many say is the “The best tasting drink I have ever had.”

Adding to the flavor is their Air Infusion Brewer, which brews in three phases. First, in the wetting stage, the coffee grounds are controlled with a certain percentage and pause appropriately for the specific blend. Next, controlled air is injected into the brew chamber and agitates the coffee, which results in a uniform extraction. Lastly, air presses the beverage through a metal screen which filters out any remaining grounds while preserving the coffee oils and aromatics during the hydrolysis stage. The entire process makes for a deep-bodied and unique flavor.

Coffee Bean Plus was established when a franchise went out of business. A loyalty program had previously been offered by the franchise and many customers had inquired if a loyalty program would still be available.

They decided to run the loyalty card program slightly different by offering 5% back on purchases, rather than a "buy 12 bags of coffee, get one free" promotion. Coffee Bean Plus also opted to order gift cards at the same time, and they have had an excellent launch with many of the mall’s other vendors purchasing larger quantities of the cards to reward employees for going above and beyond. Although it took a few tests to confirm compatibility with the POS, the process was quick and easy. Their customers love that they are able to use the loyalty cards while buying gift cards.
